To celebrate the 1st anniversary of the Museum of Macao, an exhibition is being held from 22 April - 23 May in the Temporary Exhibition Room on the third floor of the Museum. This exhibition is composed of two parts : "Looking at the Museums" and "The History of the Museum of Macao". For the first part, there are several themes such as Museum Collections, Registration and Care of Collections, Conservations and Restoration, as well as Archaeology Explained. The aim is to explain to the visitors the function of museums in general.
