Registration of Special Offers for Travel Agencies

Travel agencies who wish to register for special offers for visiting the Macao Museum are required to submit the following documents:

1)Download and complete application form to register for special offers for travel agencies;

download forms：Register for Travel Agency Groups

2)A copy of Indcstrial Tax (M8 Form) of the year issued by the Financial Bureau of Macao SAR Governmemt;

3)A valid registration copy issued by the Macao SAR Tourist Office(MGTO);

Upon completing the application form, applicants should return or fax the above documents to the Macao Museum.
