Chan Wing Hei was the grandson of Chan Lan Fong, the King of Firecrackers, and the Chan family ran firecracker businesses in Macao.  This firearms licence depicts Chan Wing Hei’s height, age and signature, allowing us to understand more about the descendants of the Chan family.
